If any discounted rates for hotels are arranged by planning staff, we will post them to this page. Once posted, be sure to mention

the appropriate group name when making your reservations.

• It was determined that hotel costs in the area would not be significantly lower relative to actual rates to merit blocking off rooms for the few teams who requested hotels. You should be able to find fair prices at many of the properties in the areas mentioned below.
