6:00 PM - 10:00 PM        Early Team Load-in to Pits 

10:00 PM                                  Venue Setup Complete                          

Sunday October 9th, 2022 - MVRC Competition Day Agenda

The event will begin according to the agenda below - same starting time as previous MVRC competitions.

• The elimination format/schedule and event end time can be fluid and are subject to change.

• The health status of all robots prior to elims can impact the type of eliminations format we run and therefore, the elimination round schedule.  Unforeseen delays can also impact the schedule.   

• Be safe - add up to 1 hour of padding to the event end to account for any tournament changes/delays.

8:00 AM                               Doors Open to Teams (Pit Load-in for Sunday arrivals permitted at 7:30 AM)

8:00 AM - 8:30 AM       Team Registration and Radio Programming

8:30 AM - 8:45 AM       Driver Meeting (No on-field connectivity testing or practice matches)

8:45 AM - 9:00 AM       Opening Ceremony

9:00 AM - 12:45 PM     Qualification Matches

12:45 PM - 1:00 PM     Alliance Selections

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM        Lunch 

2:00 PM - 5:00 PM       Elimination Rounds

5:00 PM - 5:30 PM       Closing Ceremony and Awards

5:30 PM                              Event Ends, Cleanup and Field Teardown Begin
